Description
Your capacity to cultivate calm is in your body. In this workshop, we will practice Yin Yoga. A style of yoga that is based off Chinese Medicine. We spend time in each pose to stimulate the fascia and, most importantly, to relax and find stillness. Each pose is supported by yoga props to add extra ease and comfort. This workshop is designed to nourish, quiet the mind, relax your anxiety and stress and give you skills to manage the ups and downs of daily life. Alice offers her unique gift of playing live music during class to bring extra meaning and nourishment to the practice. Instruments included are - Harmonium, Voice and Guitar. Please note that all cancellations require 14 business days to receive any refunds.
