Yoga as Embodiment offers a unique class blending Flow Yoga, Stretching, Meditation, and Breathing Techniques. Perfect for enhancing strength, flexibility, and reducing stress. Enjoy live singing and Harmonium during every restful Shavasana. Led by Alice Cammock, an expert in yoga alignment and nervous system regulation. Elevate your practice with Yoga as Embodiment today. PLEASES BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT. This class is held during the NZ School Term- Starting May 8th and finishing June 26th. Held at St Martins Community Centre.
