On this, self-paced, course we focus on understanding stress through the lens of science and empower you with the knowledge to manage it effectively. In this course you will learn about different types of stress, the meaning and history of stress, the influence it has on your nervous system, special techniques to help manage stress, and of course, you will have access to yoga classes designed for stress management. Let us guide you towards a life where stress doesn't take over, but rather where you embody peace and balance through the practice of yoga.
