Join us for a 5-hour immersive journey where we unravel the meaning of Karma, delve into the story of the Bhagavad Gita, and find inner alignment in both our asana practice and within ourselves. With practical skills to navigate life's challenges, Yoga as Embodiment is here to guide you on a path of self-discovery and holistic well-being. Join us to embrace yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a way to embody mindfulness and inner peace. June 8th 11:30 - 4:30 - Please note this event is held at a female only Gym. Projected Schedule 11:30- 12:30- Yoga Flow Class ( Alignment of Standing poses) 12:30-1pm - Lunch ( Please bring you own) 1 - 1:20 - meditation 1:20- 3pm - Meaning of Karma, The Bhagavad Gita and Personal Reflections 3 - 3:15 pm - Afternoon Tea ( please bring your own) 3:15 - 4:30 pm - Yin Yoga Class.
