Yin, Flow, Restore - "I am Here"
This class is a combo of Yin, Flow and Restorative yoga. A lovely way to connect to your body. In the poses we use the Mantra " I am Here". You'll use blocks, blankets and bolster.

A yin class that is about focusing on what you feel. This embodied practice has the ability to soften and relax you. We do some forward folds, supported bridge and a twist. You need 2 blocks and a blanket.

For Shoulders and Hips

The intention behind this class is to use the practice as a meditation on your life. We begin by stretching the legs, then move into a flowing sequence that gradually leads toward a balance pose, Padangusthasana. I hope you enjoy this reflective and grounding practice.
