Yoga for Insight
The intention behind this class is to use the practice as a meditation on your life. We begin by stretching the legs, then move into a flowing sequence that gradually leads toward a balance pose, Padangusthasana. I hope you enjoy this reflective and grounding practice. You will need two blocks, a strap, and a blanket.

My Fave Hip Openers

Relax and Loosen
This class was recorded live. Enjoy slowing down the breath and body. Enjoy creating space in body and mind. We start standing, with a flow, some standing poses, then sitting and finally on the back. It's Yummy.

Mindful Yoga
We start standing and do some sun salutes ( slowly and then picking up the speed) We them make it to the floor for some yin for hips and spine. A lovely mindful class in which we keep coming back to the heart.

Chakra Yoga
Learn about your Chakra system and create space throughout your body. We start with Nadi Shodhana, move and stretch on the floor and then focus on some standing poses, neck and head stretches. Enjoy.

Yin for thighs
In this Yinish class, we stretch all four sides of the thighs. This class is also a mindfulness practice, becoming aware of how you respond the sensations of each pose. You will need a strap and blocks.

A restorative/yin practice to find calm. Lots of props to help you relax. We do a calming visualisation, body scan and slow breathing to enhance the calming effects.

For the love of Garuda
This class will prepare you for Eagle Pose (Garudasana). We open up the shoulders and strengthen the legs. Starting with a seated flow, then hands and knees, some standing poses, balance and finally to the floor for softness and ease.
