For the love of stillness
A lovely class filled with movement and stillness. We start standing, move through some Sun Salutes, then a child pose and some more standing poses, before we come back to the floor for some yin hip opening. A very calming and quiet class.

Calm and Gentle
This yin class is all about the bladder and kidney meridian. These meridians like to feel calm. We will do some gentle movement and then stretch the body to wake up these meridians, while slowing down the exhale.

A nice simple class to get your joints moving and wake up your muscles. We start standing and then move to the floor. Stretching and opening all the major parts of the body.

Sun Salutes
A simple flow to help you get moving and connect to your body. We work with the sun salutation, with, lunges, warrior 1 and 2. Finishing with some twists and a short Shavasana.

Yin for Stress
In this class, we stimulate the Bladder meridian, which runs along the back of the body. We use a blanket for some acupressure and move through a series of forward folds. A very calming, stress relieving class. You will need a strap and a block.

Quads and Hip Flexors
In this class the focus is stretching the quads and hip flexors. We stay close to the ground and spend time in each stretch to really get the best results. You will need a block.

Heart Centre
In this class we open the heart space. We start with stretching and build to a moving flow. The guidance is to keep your attention in your heart space. You will need a strap, blanket, bolster.

Refined Hips
Learn how to align your body in hip opening poses. We start on the back with some wipers, then hands and knees, move through some flow, Triangle pose and then we spend more time in refining hip opening poses. All done while stay aware of how it feels and of course breathing. You'll need two blocks and a cushion.

Yin, Flow, Restore - "I am Here"
This class is a combo of Yin, Flow and Restorative yoga. A lovely way to connect to your body. In the poses we use the Mantra " I am Here". You'll use blocks, blankets and bolster.

Embodied Yin
A yin class that is about focusing on what you feel. This embodied practice has the ability to soften and relax you. We do some forward folds, supported bridge and a twist. You need 2 blocks and a blanket.

The title says it all. We will move and work but soften ALOT! A lot of hip focus and some balance for fun. You will need blocks and a bolster if you like it for savasana
