Yin Foward Folds
The Theme of this class is " what you do with your body and your mind, makes a difference." We explore different types of forward folds, with the intention to feel what each pose does in the body. A lovely mindful and relaxing class. I did hope that my singing at the end would be a nice soothing sound for your shavasana, but the sound did not work properly. Instead you can enjoy a nice silent Shavasana.

Softening Restorative
This is a mostly restorative class. It can be done at anytime, but is particularly helpful during challenging times. You will need props, so gather around you what you have at home, bolsters, billows, blankets, blocks etc.
