This class will prepare you for Eagle Pose (Garudasana). We open up the shoulders and strengthen the legs. Starting with a seated flow, then hands and knees, some standing poses, balance and finally to the floor for softness and ease.

Mini Retreat
A retreat is all about checking in and being with yourself. This class is just that. We start with some Yin for hips and shoulders, some slow movement seated, on hands and knees, some sun salutes and then you can do your favourite standing pose. Finishing a long relaxation, with a body scan.
