We build towards a half moon pose in this class. Starting in Childs pose, moving to all fours, some sun salutes, some warrior poses, balance and then we stretch out the hips. Enjoy feeling your body and being present in this class.

Heart Opening Childs Pose
This yin class is all about finding relaxation through softening into the poses and slowing the breath down. There are options given for those who don't wish to be on there knees. You will need two blocks and a blanket if you like knee padding.
