Yoga as Embodiment is a practice of returning to yourself.

Through movement, breath, and awareness, this practice invites you to slow down and come into relationship with your experience from within.
Yoga is not something you do — it is a way of coming back into relationship with yourself.

What is Yoga as Embodiment?

Many people come to yoga for flexibility, strength, or relief from stress.

While yoga can support these things, Yoga as Embodiment is a shift toward inner experience — how the body feels from within rather than how it appears.

This practice weaves together movement, breath, awareness, and nervous system understanding as a way of exploring patterns, softening reactivity, and reconnecting with yourself.

This is yoga as a lived experience — not something to perform or get right.

This works for you if:

  • You feel disconnected from your body or are wanting to come back into relationship with yourself

  • You find it difficult to slow down, soften, or switch off

  • You sense there is more to yoga than physical practice alone

  • You are curious about your inner experience and patterns of response

  • You want ways to support your nervous system in everyday life

  • You are a yoga teacher wanting to deepen your understanding of embodiment
