Yoga of the Subtle Body is an exploration of the energetic dimension of yoga, guiding you beyond physical postures into the inner landscape of breath, prana, and awareness. Through practices such as pranayama, meditation, and the study of chakras, nadis, mudra, and bandha, you’ll learn how to feel and work with the subtle systems that influence how you move, think, and experience life. This course offers a grounded, embodied approach to understanding energy — helping you cultivate greater sensitivity, balance, and depth in your practice. This course is also accredited as part of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and can be counted toward your training should you choose to continue your studies.
