Description
Is anxiety and stress taking up your life? Do you feel occupied by the patterns of fear, uncertainty and always seem to be preparing for the worst? In these sessions you will get to know your nervous system. Bring movement, compassion, mindfulness, curiosity and time to the patterns that occupy your mind and body. I have trained with the leading experts on nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety management. I am trained as a depression and addiction yoga teacher. I have years of experience with my own anxiety, overcoming an eating disorder and learning how to navigate this world with compassion, patience and deep self-awareness. Clinic will be open for bookings from Aug 7th.
