Move, Breathe & Meditate is a one day immersive retreat designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself from the inside out. Through yoga, guided breathing practices, meditation, and periods of rest, you’ll be supported to step out of mental noise and into embodied presence. This immersion is not about “doing it right,” but about learning how to listen — to your breath, your body, and your inner world. Over the day, you’ll explore simple, practical tools you can take into everyday life to cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience. Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, resourced, and at home in yourself. June 30th 11:30 - 6 pm Schedule 11:30 - 12:45 - Yoga Flow Practice 12:45 - 1 pm - Tea (provided) 1 - 2:30 pm - Intro to Yoga Breathing and the Path of Meditation 2:30 - 3:10 - Lunch Break ( only snacks provided) Cafes are near by if you wish to have a full lunch 3:10 - 4:30 - Breathing and Meditation for your nervous system 4:30 - 4:45 - Tea ( Provided) 4:30 - 6 pm - Yin and Restorative yoga practice. This schedule is only a guide and could be subject to change.
