This course explores the subtle body through yoga energetics — including chakras, nadis, prana, breath, meditation, mudra, bandha, polyvagal theory and much more.— as lived, felt experiences rather than concepts to memorise. You’ll learn how these practices affect the nervous system, attention, and inner state, and how to work with them safely and intelligently. This program takes place over two weekends: May 30th - 31st June 27th - 28th You can do both weekends or just one. Please note that all cancellations require 14 business days to receive any refunds. Deposits will be deducted from the refund. This program meets yoga alliance standards
